I found this woman at the "Furry Formal" I shot a few weeks ago. Her name is Christina McCullen. She volunteers at Columbia Second Chance and is also a member of SNAP which helps, catch, nuture and release alley cats back into their colonies. By feeding, and nuetering the cats, she is able to maintain the cat colony, rather than let it grow. Her and husband stumbled across this cat colony when they went out to diner at a Columbia fast food chain in October 2006. Christina and her husband usually feed the cats twice a day. I am going to continue shooting her. I will be taking pictures the next time she makes another cat home, recieves more donations and hopefully pictures of her at home. The McCullens also fosters animals from Second Chance and have around 6 pets of their own. These people are some very dedicated animal lovers who are trying to make a difference in animals lives.
