Here are some more shots of Gary Bonsall. I shot him two Tuesdays ago. He did not habe any interaction with the Students that day. There was some with the adminstration but the pictures did not fair well. He has three workshops coming up with the faculty, as well as a presentation at a conference in Columbia in two weeks. On the weekends, he is known to take board two students from the school at his house. On occassion he also helps out two international students from West Minister College. These are all things I plan to shot in the next few weeks. I also want to shot him at home with his family and see the hardwork he does at the farm. Again, I'm not sure what the story is right now. I'm finding more and more about him that is worth telling...I just don't know how to sum it up yet. I also experimented in color and black and white. The lighting during the self defense meeting was horrible. I did mine own white balance, but next time I want to gel the flash to see if that creates a better color. I do like this shoots in black and white though. I think the other self defense shots might be more telling in black and white as well. I'm torn though because I like the MSD school shots in color. Could I find mix the two pictures together in a nice package? Or would the color change be distracting...
